Conquestador Casino Review 2026: Status Update for Canadians

Conquestador was a Malta-licensed online casino that launched in 2018 and joined Ontario’s regulated market in early 2023. In 2026 its situation changed sharply: it left Ontario, its licence and operator changed, and in our check the old domain redirected to a different casino. This update explains what happened and what it means for Canadian players, with every point taken from regulator, news and review sources.

Conquestador Left Ontario in April 2026

Mobile Incorporated (Mobinc) withdrew Conquestador from Ontario’s regulated iGaming market with effect from April 13, 2026. The company described the move as a business decision unrelated to any regulatory, compliance or legal issue, and said legitimate withdrawal requests would be processed for six months after that date, which means until around mid-October 2026. Conquestador no longer appears on iGaming Ontario’s list of regulated sites.

Licence and Ownership Changes

For most of its life, Conquestador was run by Mobile Incorporated Ltd under a Malta Gaming Authority licence. Casino.guru now lists the operator as Cavolo Boss Limitada with a licence from Anjouan (Comoros), and the Reels.io casino lists the same operator. Some review sites still show the old Malta details, so treat those listings as outdated. Earlier in 2026, LCB.org marked Conquestador as closed and Bojoko reported that it had ended its partner programme and would not renew certain licences.

Can Canadians Outside Ontario Still Play?

This is unclear. When we checked on October 23, 2026, conquestador.com redirected to Reels.io, a casino under the same new operator. We ran that check from outside Canada, so we cannot confirm exactly what Canadian visitors see. Either way, the brand is no longer the Malta-licensed casino many players remember, and the payment options listed for it have changed: Casino.guru’s current listing shows mostly e-wallets and crypto, without Interac, and a withdrawal limit of $5,000 per month.

What Former Players Should Do

  • Log in and request a withdrawal of any remaining balance as soon as possible, keeping screenshots of your balance and every request.
  • Keep copies of your chats and emails with support in case you need to escalate.
  • If you played in Ontario while Conquestador was registered there and cannot resolve a payout problem with the operator, you can raise it with the AGCO.
  • Be wary of any site that uses the Conquestador name but shows a different operator or licence in its footer.

The Last Known Welcome Offer

Review sites last documented Conquestador’s Canadian welcome package between March and July 2026: a tiered first-deposit bonus (200% up to C$50, 150% up to C$300, or 100% up to C$2,000 for deposits of C$500 or more), smaller matches on deposits two to five, and 200 free spins, with 25x to 30x wagering and caps on winnings. We have no confirmation that this offer is still available, so do not rely on it.

What Reviewers Say

Casino.guru gives Conquestador a low Safety Index of 4.3 and advises players to avoid it. The complaints it records centre on delayed withdrawals, repeated document requests and accounts closed with funds confiscated, including several cases in Canadian dollars. On AskGamblers, players rate it 4.8/10, and recent Trustpilot reviews (3.4/5 from more than 600 reviews) also mention pending withdrawals.

Our Verdict

We no longer recommend opening an account at Conquestador. The brand has left Ontario, changed its licence and operator, and independent reviewers report serious payout complaints. If you are in Ontario, choose a casino from iGaming Ontario’s list of regulated sites; elsewhere in Canada, compare current options in our guide to the best online casinos and always check the licence before you deposit.

Conquestador FAQ

Is Conquestador Casino still open in Canada?

Conquestador left Ontario’s regulated market on April 13, 2026. In our check on October 23, 2026, its domain redirected to another casino, Reels.io, run by the same new operator, so we do not recommend opening an account.

Why did Conquestador leave Ontario?

Its operator, Mobile Incorporated, called the exit a business decision and said it was not related to any regulatory, compliance or legal issue.

Who owns Conquestador now?

Casino.guru lists Cavolo Boss Limitada as the current operator, with a licence from Anjouan. Conquestador was previously run by Mobile Incorporated Ltd under a Malta Gaming Authority licence.

Can I still withdraw my money from Conquestador?

The operator said legitimate withdrawals from Ontario accounts would be processed for six months after April 13, 2026. Request any remaining balance as soon as possible and keep records of every request.

Is Conquestador safe?

Casino.guru rates it 4.3 out of 10 (low) and records complaints about delayed withdrawals and confiscated winnings. Because the licence and operator have changed, we advise against depositing.
